How fast can you come out?
We're not an emergency service, but we're responsive. If we can fit you in, we will. If not, we'll tell you up front. No disappearing acts, no "we'll get back to you" black holes.
What should I ask before hiring a plumber?
Ask who is actually doing the work. Ask if they're licensed and insured. Ask how long they've been doing this. What is their warranty for service? If they dodge any of those questions...run! We're upfront about all of it because we've got nothing to hide and 30+ years of experience to back it up.

Can I install a water heater myself?
Yeah—but so can raccoons, and that doesn't make it a good idea. Water heaters aren’t IKEA furniture. Get it wrong, and you’re looking at leaks, mold, or worse. We’ve replaced plenty of DIY disasters… and they all ended up costing more.
Why do some plumbers quote one price and then charge way more?
Because they count on you not asking questions. Or worse, they quote cheap to win the job and plan to “discover” problems later. We don’t do that. We give clear, honest quotes—and if something unexpected comes up, we explain it before we touch it.
What’s the difference between a handyman and a plumber?
